Packaging
We know that you might not want to make it obvious to the people you live with that you’ve ordered sex toys! For that reason, we send out all orders in plain brown packaging, with no branding on the outside of the box – so no one will ever know!
Delivery
We aim to deliver you items as quickly as we can. As soon as we receive your order, we start processing and packing for delivery by Royal Mail. Some of our items are held in a different warehouse – so there may be times when your order arrives in 2 separate packages.
Payment
We accept all credit/debit cards – as well as paypal, apple pay & google pay.
Returns
If your item is faulty, please contact us at info@galpal.co.uk along with your order number so that one of our team members can help you!
